PLEASE READ:
Due to supply constraints, we are limited to resoling aggressive (downturned) shoes; hold onto your TC Pros and crack shoes! We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to take on neutral shoes in the very near future.
Please drop your shoes off at Pure Bouldering Gym or MER (if you climb at CityROCK or SCC, Sarah or Ryan may be able to coordinate a handoff with you, based on availability). At both locations, there will be a bin with a QR code. Follow the QR code to this page and fill out the intake form, then place your shoes in the bin (preferably tied, laced, or carabiner-ed together). We will be in contact with you with any questions or comments regarding your repair. You will also receive a text notification when your shoes have been returned to your chosen pick-up location. Be prepared to present photo ID if returning them to Pure or MER. If you are interested in shipping to us, please send an email to info@rockshoerevival.com.
IMPORTANT: Do not drop off shoes with holes that reach through the toe rubber AND fabric. (See reference photos below.) We sadly cannot repair these, as new rubber would just cover the holes, resulting in air pockets and poor performance. Shoes with fabric peeking out below the toe rubber will receive rand replacements.
*While in some cases resoling one shoe may be preferred, we encourage customers to resole both shoes, even if one seems in decent shape. Resoling both shoes ensures that they will have balanced performance, wear and tear, and long-term fit. We charge slightly more for resoling one shoe as well, as it is less cost-efficient.
Joe Fabey –
Sarah was great from the beginning. The communication was excellent and my shoes were done in just over a week. I will be coming back!
